Hey students and parents! Happy September! Can you believe a new school year is already here? Reminder we are kicking off our Student Ministry tomorrow evening at 5pm! We would love to see any students in your family there!

Just wanted to share some exciting dates to remember and give you a little info on what we will be discussing with the students this month!

*Date to remember coming up is September 19th @ 10AM - OPEN HOUSE*
If you’re new to our ministry (or you just want to hang out with us for a few minutes) we’d love to see you at our Open House so we can introduce you and your teenager to our youth ministry! If you maybe are interested in volunteering in our student ministry this would be a great way for you to find out more as well!
We will have some light breakfast foods and will be giving out info and important calendar dates to remember for the next few months! Hope to see you there!

The Series we are starting tomorrow is called Squad Up! It’s a 4 week series on friendship!

Everyone wants a squad — a community of people that cares for us, helps and supports us, and gives us a place to belong. In short, we all want to be part of a community that feels like family. That kind of community isn’t easy to come by, but it’s exactly what Jesus had in mind for His followers when the Church first began. In this series, we’ll discover why the word “Church” means something much bigger than a building, we’ll learn what life was like for some of the earliest Christians, and we’ll explore four big ideas that mean as much for us today as they did to the Jesus-followers who lived nearly 2,000 years ago.

The truth is, we can all be part of God’s family, and because we’re God’s family, we can do for others what God has done for us, we can grow together, and we can stand strong together.

We can’t wait for tomorrow night to get here! We believe God has some really awesome things planned!

HEY STUDENTS!!!

We are so stinking EXCITED to get to know each of you and LAUNCH an awesome student ministry for students 6th grade - 12th grade. We had plans made and ready... However with the mandated isolation and trying to honor those in authority over us AND keep everyone safe,... plans are changing. And just to let everyone know, once we all get through this, we will be meeting Sunday EVENINGS at 5:30pm!

We definitely didn't want to wait until all this is over before starting something. We definitely can start connecting, building relationships, have fun, and start learning! SO with that being said, a couple very important and exciting things that you need to be made aware of.

FIRST thing, is we have created THIS page specifically for ROC Student Ministries. There will be announcements added, games, devotionals, words of encouragement and just be a place for all of us to stay connected.Please like and follow this page, and start interacting =)

NEXT important thing, is this SUNDAY NIGHT AT 5PM, we will be having an initial gathering/meeting via Zoom. This will be a lifeline for us during these next few weeks. Zoom is a free service that you can sign up for online or by downloading the app. PLEASE create an account, and download the app....
