We’re excited to be hosting our 12th benefit this year! We have learned a lot over the years on how to give money back to support our primary mission - giving back to the youth in agriculture. We have tried several different methods to give back, and we feel that the most beneficial and fair way is a points system. What that means is each exhibitor gets a point for participating in different areas of the fundraising event. Once the event is over and the total proceeds are calculated, the points will be given a dollar value that will be given back to the exhibitor at the local county auctions. The areas to receive points are: Volunteering, Attending the Event, Selling Raffle Tickets and Donating. So if you donate an item to the live or silent auction, you get a point. If you sponsored a buckle or anything financial, you get a point. If you purchase items in the live or silent auction you get a point. As always, we appreciate your support and thankful for another successful year. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
