School is in full swing and that means our weekend backpack program volunteers pack 100-150 kid-friendly food bags each week. We get some food from the Food Bank of Iowa, but the Good Samaritan Food Pantry includes additional food in every pack to stretch it a little longer. We also pack bags for middle and high school students.
