Hello Theatre Families,
As we prepare for another exciting year with the 2026–2027 Addison Trail High School Theatre Boosters, we are looking for volunteers to fill two important board positions:
Recording Secretary (1-year term)
Corresponding Secretary (1-year term)
No previous board experience is necessary—just a willingness to support our amazing theatre students! These roles are a wonderful way to stay involved with the theatre program while helping our organization run smoothly. Our meetings are held once a month, usually the first Monday.
The Recording Secretary is responsible for taking meeting minutes, recording attendance, and maintaining board records. The Corresponding Secretary manages communications, including emails, announcements, social media, and thank-you notes.
We are also looking for volunteers to help lead or assist with the following committees:
Membership Chair
Fundraising Chair
Concessions & Meals Chair
Volunteer Coordinator
Throughout the year, our Theatre Boosters help make many memorable experiences possible by supporting events and activities such as:
Concessions at Fall, Winter, and Spring Productions
Cast and crew meals during tech week
Theatre banquet and awards in May
Fundraisers throughout the year
Scholarships for graduating seniors
Theatre summer camp support
Concessions for Orchesis Shows
Concessions at Mr. AT
Our Theatre Boosters are successful because of the incredible parents, families, and supporters who generously give their time and talents. Serving on the board or chairing a committee is a rewarding opportunity to meet other theatre families, support our students, and help create unforgettable experiences throughout the year.
Our mission is to support the Addison Trail Theatre Department through volunteerism, fundraising, and community partnerships while providing scholarship opportunities that inspire and empower student artists.
