BLACK DOG HILL Rescue" Rescuing abandoned dogs in our county,location (west TN.) Spaying and Neutering them, and finding them a forever family of their own!

Helping alot of black dogs and bringing more awareness to the blackdog syndrome
spaying & neutering all dogs that we rescue, spending quality time everyday with our pack
them making sure they are well socialized and have basic training so, sending them
to a new home is a happy transition for all.

I'm Ace, and I had a really bad experience when my family gave me away when they moved, and then the new family changed their mind about having a dog. They dumped me off at the house I used to live at, which was empty. A kind neighbor took me in, and she contacted the people at Save the Dals to help me. I am about 2 to 3 years old, and my foster mom says I'm very sweet. I get along with other dogs, and I like cats (they say I play too rough sometime, though, so I'm working on that). Right now, I'm living just outside of New Orleans, but the Save the Dals people said they will get me a ride to my new home. To learn more about me, please visit SaveTheDals.org!

WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM FOR ONE MORE SINGLE DOG AT THIS TIME.......

Let alone 4 of them :( Assumption Parish Animal Control just picked up this pack of pooches and according to locals they have been loose for a while. We haven't had any luck lately trying to find owners for all of the strays that are coming in.

So it looks like we are going to have to do something that we haven't done in years....construct more kennels. :( If you would like to donate towards this project, we would appreciate it more than you can imagine. We hate even having to ask, but the dogs just keep pouring in and it doesn't look like it's going to slow down anytime soon :(
