We hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. What did everyone do? One of our own, Graydn Kenepp completed his First Solo! He is a Ray Scholarship recipient from EAA and our local chapter. There was a a lot of aircraft traffic that day, even a jet during his solo. Congratulations, Graydn! Thank you, EAA - The Spirit of Aviation and thank you Wings Air Charter LLC .

The end of year meeting and gathering scheduled for tomorrow evening has been canceled. We will be meeting on January 8th at 7pm at Legion Field Airport, Friendship to discuss 2026 plans and new programs starting in 2026. It will be our normal potluck style dinner, please bring a dish to share if you are able to do so. Happy New Year! See everyone on January 8th!
