Your New Best Friend Food Bank

Today is Giving Tuesday. So I wanted to see which of my friends would be able to help our Food Bank this year. This year it has been amazing to watch God's hand guide us. Since we started Your New Best Friend we imagined being able to help maybe 10 families and maybe 50 people total. Well, obviously we never understood the need. This Year we have grown to helping 6,000 people a month and roughly 1,600 families a month. I never could have imagined. We handed out over 1 million pounds of food and 500,000 pounds of animal food. We also now help feed the animals in 6 county shelters. We have provided over 2 truckloads of food to county shelters in the last few months. These shelters in turn help people in need in their communities with their animal food banks. The goal is to help families keep their pets and not be forced to turn them over to Shelters.

We have had to purchase more storage and a Box Truck this past year. The majority of this is funded by our family.

Your New Best Friend has grown into one of the largest Food Banks in Georgia.

So I am asking can you help us? We really need funds to continue to grow and make sure we never have to turn anyone away who is in need. Please if you can donate.

What a blessing to be able to provide Schools with School supplies. We have donated over 35,000 pounds of School supplies to schools in need. Every child should have the tools needed to get the best education.

Thank you for visiting our page. With inflation soaring. Food insecurity has become a dire issue for many communities. Since we have started Your New Best Friend Food Bank we have grown to feeding over 1,000 families a month. Your support and generosity can help us to feed families that are struggling.
