Honestly, it's an isolating feeling, like you've stepped into a closet of your own. The truth is that you're not the only parent standing in it. Many parents are right there with you.
A family recently reached out in that exact moment, before they'd even caught their breath. We're grateful we could be here for them. That took courage, and they're going to be fine.
