There’s nothing we love more than seeing those happy smiles in our going-home photos, and today, we have two more forever families to celebrate! 🥰

Our sweet Golden Retriever mix Leon and adorable Beagle puppy Tiki have both found homes of their own and families to love them. ❤️ We couldn’t be happier for these two pups and their amazing adopters!

FREE BARN CAT!

Meet Pudding, a sweet female tortie/tabby girl looking for a safe place to call her own! ❤️

Pudding is an outdoor cat who was being cared for and fed outside before coming into the shelter. She’s actually a very friendly girl, but the shelter environment has her feeling a little scared and overwhelmed. 🥺

She has been spayed and vaccinated and will be available for adoption through the Garrett County Sheriff's Office Animal Shelter.

If you have a safe barn, garage, or other appropriate outdoor space where Pudding can live and be cared for, she may be the perfect girl for you! 💕

Remember Jackie, the sweet two-year-old Pitbull mix who found her forever home in July? She’s now known as Mabel, and we’re so happy to share that she’s absolutely living her best life with her new family! 🥰

From learning new tricks and exploring her neighborhood to soaking up the sunshine, playing fetch, and getting plenty of snuggles, Mabel is settling into her new life beautifully.

Her family recently sent us the sweetest update, and we just had to share her happy ending! ❤️

Meet Baby! ❤️

Sometimes, a little kindness can completely change an animal’s life, and that’s exactly what happened for sweet Baby. 🥹

Baby was recently found as a stray by some incredibly kind people who spotted him hiding in a bush along the side of the road. He had a significant wound on his chin, along with several other small injuries. Because of the location of Baby’s chin wound and the other injuries he had when he was found, we suspect he may have been thrown from or struck by a car. We may never know exactly what Baby went through, but it was clear that this tiny kitten needed help!

Thankfully, the people who found him didn’t hesitate to step in. They rescued Baby, made sure he received emergency veterinary care, and even covered the cost of his ongoing medical treatment. ❤️

Baby also has several broken teeth that will need to be removed when he is neutered, but despite everything he’s been through, this little guy has shown us just how resilient he is.

When Baby was first found, he was understandably terrified and very scared of people. We initially wondered if he might be feral. But once he had time to feel safe and settle in, his sweet personality began to shine through. 🥰

It turns out Baby is an absolute lovebug! He’s affectionate, cuddly, and just wants to be held and loved. His sweet nature makes us believe that he may have once been someone’s beloved pet.

And the best part? Baby’s rescuers couldn’t stop thinking about him, and we’re thrilled to share that he now has a home waiting for him! 💕

We couldn’t be more grateful to the kind people who stopped to help this tiny kitten. Their compassion, generosity, and willingness to step in when Baby needed them most gave him the second chance he deserved.

From a scared little kitten hiding by the side of the road to a loved and wanted member of a family, Baby’s story is a beautiful reminder of how one act of kindness can change a life. 🐱❤️

She’s a wonderful girl who is great with people, and we’re so grateful to Scott Holliday at K9 Solutions for helping Tequila build her skills and confidence as she gets ready for her forever home.
