A HUGE thank you to Dave Wallace for bush wacking the red trail alongside the field!!! I attempted to cut it with a push behind w**d cutter that had a sawblade. It was a little overwhelming and I was barely putting a dent in it 😅 Dave happened to be out on the trail that day. He stopped, tied up his horse and walked all the way down the trail to see what I was doing. He was like oh I can go home and get my brush hog and he did. So THANK YOU Dave for making this trail rideable again for everyone to enjoy! 😎🤠❤️🤩🤩🤩🤩

ATTENTION: 8/26/26 Logging will be starting on the west side of Brehmer Rd on the south side of the trail. Please avoid the area if possible.

If you do ride through, use extreme caution. Make sure that the loggers see you from at least 100 feet away.

ATTENTION: 7/21/26 there is current logging taking place on the pink trail- which I know many of you ride. When you come down the hill and go over the bridge by 283 and take a left, that is where they were logging yesterday. They will most likely be in that area until the weekend. Please avoid the area if possible. A better route to take would be along the road on CFR 107.

If you do ride through, use extreme caution. Make sure that the loggers see you from at least 100 feet away.

Thank you to all the people who participated in OBR’s resurrected fun speed show yesterday, from the riders, to all of the volunteers, as well as the spectators who helped make the show a success!! A special shout out to Rachel and Alyssa Szymanski for allowing us to use their beautiful ranch for the event! It was so wonderful to watch the young kids have fun and compete, especially in the mystery class!

THANK YOU to our volunteers that gave up their Saturday morning to help with our annual trail cleaning 🥰:
Chet and Heidi Harris, Kathie and Bill Beschta, Cindy Couillard, Jesse Bergner, Katie Kneesel, Rachel & Alyssa Szymanski, Lynn Levy, Dave Walske, and Dave Luepke.
Like many volunteer clubs, who are stewards of our trail systems, we could use more manpower. For our trail system specifically, there are over 30 miles of trails to maintain. The actual volunteer time is less than 10 hours a year for trail cleaning.
As always, we are extremely grateful to Oconto County who allow us to have horse trails in this beautiful forest. This is a privilege that comes with responsibilities. Please consider joining our efforts to maintain the trail system 🤠.
