Every Good Gift We are a job training ministry for young single mothers. We sell handmade gift baskets, sewn items, wall art, and more.

The women employed by EGG receive instruction, informal mentoring, spiritual support, and free childcare as they create EGG products. Every Good Gift is a 501(c)(3) business that is a ministry to the women it employs - young single mothers in Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties. Most of the moms have had lives characterized by abuse, neglect, generational poverty, and family instability.

Many have limited education, job skills, and support. These moms are navigating incredible challenges, making it difficult for them to provide for themselves and their babies. We are committed to helping these moms succeed. The safe and supportive atmosphere at EGG helps moms cultivate friendships, begin healing from past suffering, and find accountability as they grow. Our screened and trained volunteers work alongside the moms, teaching them the soft skills that are key to securing and maintaining jobs. These volunteers also provide free on-site childcare during work hours. Together, the moms, the staff, and the volunteers create and sell a product line of sewn items, wall art, gift baskets, and more. All of the young moms who work with us are paid part-time employees. Those who master the soft skills and technical skills involved in creating products can move to Phase Two, where they receive training in Applied Digital Skills, expanding their job opportunities. The women who "graduate" from EGG leave with work experience, a reference, skills needed for successful employment, and a new support system. This can result in less or no reliance on government assistance and a brighter future. EGG is a faith-based entity, but employment is open to young single mothers of any faith or no faith.
