In need of an end of the year tax write-off or random act of generosity & kindness?!
If so, please consider donating to the KAS scholarship fund!

In 2025, the scholarship funds awarded 2 AHS student athletes with a one-time scholarship as well as gifted the first 3 recipients of 2024 with more money to match the updated scholarship total of $1,000/student. We sent a generous donation to the Rotary Club of Abington in a joint community effort to raise money to purchase and customize a vehicle for our Veterans, as well as, donations to a holiday collection drive for Friends of Foster Care and to the Abington Senior Center Giving Tree.

Your support is crucial to our efforts to continue our mission of awarding scholarships to Abington High School student athletes each year and giving to various programs in South Eastern Massachusetts as well as keeping Kerri’s memory and legacy alive.

Thank you to everyone that played kickball and/or attended the K of C fundraising after party!
It was a huge success and I hope it gets bigger & better every year! It was so nice seeing friends & family coming together for such an amazing person/cause! Thank you to everyone that helped me set up & break down each event!! There were some clutch people that went above & beyond & I will be forever grateful to have you in my life!

Congratulations to Steph with the Hot Shot Shaunas for defending the Championship with back to back titles! Congratulations to Smurfy with the Green Wave Great Times being the 💩 Crappiest Kickball Team! With a unanimous vote, congratulations to Tess Henebry for being named the tournament MVP “Goat” Award! She played hard with intensity & passion while demonstrating honorable sportsmanship! Pictures will be posted at a later date.

KAS scholarship is doing amazing things in it’s first year- not only did she award 3 amazing teens with a scholarship, she made a generous donation to the Gavin House in South Boston under John Ferrick’s name to support addicts in recovery as well as a similar donation to the Abington senior center giving tree.
