Our Investment Group had its luncheon this past Friday, and it was another great time together!

One of the many fun groups at the Woman’s Club is our Lunch Bunch!

The Lunch Bunch enjoys getting together to explore different restaurants around Abilene while sharing great food, laughter, and friendship. It’s a wonderful way to get out into the community, enjoy each other’s company, and discover new local favorites.

This past week, the group gathered for lunch at Cypress Street Station and had a fantastic time. We love creating opportunities for our members to connect, build friendships, and support local businesses throughout Abilene.

Congratulations to Lorie Frieberg and all of our amazing volunteers for making our third year of donating books to children at the CALF Festival such a wonderful success!

This year, our club raised $324.00 to help Lorie purchase books for children in our community. 📚

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered at the event to hand out books, as well as those who took the time to place donation tags in each one. Your generosity and dedication make a lasting impact.

💜We are proud to support community events like the CALF Festival and help put books into the hands of children. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s book donation a success!
