The DRI Fall Festival is almost here, and this year it comes with a pumpkin patch.

Join us on Saturday, October 10 for hayrides, food trucks, and a whole lot of Abilene community spirit, all on our 170-acre campus. The pumpkin patch kicks off the same day and stays open beyond the festival, so there's plenty of time to find your perfect pumpkin.

It's free, it's family-friendly, and it supports adults with intellectual disabilities right here in our community. Mark your calendar and bring the whole family. Details at driabilene.org/events.

Our Fall Festival is right around the corner, and we need your help to make it happen.

On October 10, our campus comes alive with hayrides, face painting, food trucks, balloon animals, and a whole lot of community spirit. It's one of our favorite days of the year, and volunteers are what bring it all together.

There are roles for everyone to keep the fun moving all day long. If you'd like to lend a hand, reach out to our team at 325-677-6815 or visit driabilene.org/volunteer.

Life at DRI is full of learning, connection, and community, and it all happens under one campus.

Our residential and day programs work hand in hand. Each morning, participants come together in the Activity Center to develop skills around our PAES program, engage in creative projects, and community building. In the Vocational Center, our folks build job skills through hands-on work, including producing DRI's own chili blend and prepping Perini's famous pepper bites.

It's purposeful, it's personal, and it's designed around the individual. Learn more about our programs at driabilene.org.

The zoo came to us!

A huge thank you to Ruthy, Reanna, Lucy and the Abilene Zoo team for bringing "The Zoo to You" to Disability Resources! 🦎🐢🦜 Our Folks loved the opportunity to learn about and interact with amazing animals up close.

We got to see a hawk, a lizard, an armadillo, and a possum! What an experience!

We appreciate your partnership in creating fun, inclusive, and memorable experiences for everyone! ❤️
