🍂 October Sisterhood Series: Find the Good

This month, we’re slowing down just enough to notice the good stuff—the horse that meets you at the gate, a beautiful fall ride, coffee at the barn, laughter with your cowgirl sisters, muddy boots after a great day, or one of those sunsets that makes you stop and stare.

Find the Good is about appreciating those ordinary moments that make this life pretty darn special.
As a 40SC member egister in the Wild Apricot app, snap a photo of something that made you smile, and share it in this 40SC Facebook Group. Tell us what’s good about your moment and don’t forget to include your location or tag your chapter.

Let’s fill October with the good horses, good friends, good places and good moments happening all around us. 🍂🐴🤎

We Need YOU in Shantell Ogden’s New Lyric Video! 🤠🎶
Shantell Ogden, our new 40 Something Cowgirls National Spokesperson, has officially released her new song “Cowgirlin’” — and if you haven’t heard it yet, you need to! 🎶🤠

Shantell is creating a lyric video for the song, and she wants to feature OUR 40 Something Cowgirls in it!
That means we need your photos — and we need a LOT of them!

📸 We need 80–100 photos, and we need them QUICKLY! Oct 2nd by midnight!
We’re looking for great photos that show who we are. Riding, laughing with your Cowgirl sisters, out on an adventure, at a 40SC event, with your horse, or just being YOU.

A few important things:
• Please send good-quality, high-resolution photos — original photos straight from your phone are best.
• No screenshots or photos downloaded from Facebook, if possible.
• Photos can be of you individually or with your fellow 40 Somethings.
• Fun, authentic photos are exactly what we want!

This is such a fun opportunity to showcase the women who make 40 Something Cowgirls what it is — and you just might see yourself in Shantell’s new video!

Life has a funny way of taking turns we never planned for. Friendships change. Families change. Plans change. **We change.** And sometimes the trail we were so sure we were supposed to be on suddenly heads in a completely different direction.
