🏴‍☠️🔥 WEEK 5 RECAP — BUCS KEEP FIGHTING! 🔥🏴‍☠️

The Bucs headed to Lubbock for our last away game of the 2026 season! Every division had an opportunity to compete, grow, and represent the Bucs family. 🏈

🏈 YUNG BUCS
Our youngest Bucs continued their dominating performance and brought home the W! These kids keep showing up, putting in the work, and having fun together! 💪🔥

🏈 7U
A back-and-forth battle and a nail-biter right down to the end! The outcome wasn’t in our favor, but watching these boys fight for each other and work as a team was something to be proud of. Keep your heads up, boys!

🏈 9U / JV
Our boys battled it out but came up short. There’s work to do, and we know this group has what it takes to regroup, make those adjustments, and come back stronger. Keep believing in yourselves and each other!

🏈 11U / VARSITY
Our boys came out fighting and put points on the board! While the final outcome wasn’t in our favor, they showed heart and gave us moments to build on. Keep pushing, Bucs!

📣 BUCS CHEER
Our cheerleaders kept the energy going and the support strong! Thank you for bringing your spirit and keeping our Bucs encouraged throughout the day! ❤️🖤

The takeaway from this weekend: There is something to build on in every game. The teamwork, the fight, and the willingness to keep going all matter. Now we take what we learned back to practice and turn it into progress!

Thank you to our coaches, families, and supporters who made the trip. These kids need us behind them through every win and every tough day—and we’re proud to stand with them.

Week 4 is in the books, and once again our Bucs showed up ready to compete!

After a tough loss the week before, our boys responded the right way. They got back to work, came out ready to compete, and BROUGHT HOME THE W! That’s what bouncing back is all about! 🏴‍☠️🔥

Our Varsity boys kept battling from start to finish. The final score didn’t fall in our favor, but they continued to fight and compete. Every game gives us something to learn from and something to build on.

🇺🇸 WE REMEMBER — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, the Abilene Bucs Family joins our nation in remembering the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families forever changed on September 11, 2001.

We honor the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, the service members who answered afterward, and the countless Americans who showed us what unity truly looks like.

25 years later, we still remember. We still honor. We will never forget.

May we continue to carry forward the courage, service, unity, and strength that brought our country together.
