Taylor Alliance for Prevention You can be instrumental in reducing youth substance abuse and related accidents and injuries.

Taylor Alliance for Prevention (TAP) is a volunteer-led coalition whose aim is to implement environmental strategies and policy changes to reduce substance use in the communities within Taylor County.

(1) Increasing community awareness of the legal and health

consequences of substance abuse;
(2) Mobilizing Taylor County citizens to make institutional and policy changes;

(4) Improving the overall health of the community.
