CBWN Abilene A community of faith-filled women who are in business, encouraging and empowering each other. Relationship is key to success!

We are a networking group for professional women who either own their own business, or work for a business/organization or nonprofit. We exist for the sole purpose of encouraging and celebrating other women! Join us for the monthly luncheons where you will hear other women's testimonies of challenges and successes in their field of expertise. This will also be a time of exchanging business information, sharing referrals and learning about what other women are doing in our community. When we meet, you will be inspired by speakers who will encourage you professionally and spiritually. Join us and meet other women who, like you, are looking for someone to encourage, accept and celebrate them.

👑 Meet Dr. Brice Ardissono. "I am from Bruning, Nebraska. I initially started seeing a chiropractor as a kid for headaches, but then I had to stop. After getting into sports in junior high, I knew I wanted to be in the healthcare field. I hurt my back during track and volleyball and started going back to the chiropractor. After talking to her, she got me more interested in the career and all it can help patients with other than just back pain. I had a few friends who supported that advice because I would feel something "off" in certain areas of their backs before games. After shadowing a few chiropractors and looking more into it, I knew it was where I was meant to be.

In my free time I like to watch tv shows and movies, knit, and read. A fun fact about me is that both my parents are math teachers (math is not my strong suit lol)."

👑 Meet Sharina McMahon, CCT in her own words: “I’m a wife and mom of two girls, a health advocate, and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’m also the owner of Insight Thermography, where I help women take a proactive approach to their health through prevention, education, and whole-body wellness. My goal is to empower women with knowledge and practical tools to take an active role in their health and live fully in the purpose God has for them.”

👑 Shannon Gannaway is the senior agent for Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Taylor County with over 11 years of experience and expertise of multiple insurance products. Her mission is to serve, advise, and educate her clients by building trust and providing an experience that makes her clients feel valued and protected.

She is an active member of Christian Business Women’s Network, is involved in her church, and women’s ministry. On a personal note, she has been married to David for almost 8 years and has a 16 year old bonus son, Carter. Ziggy, Daisy, and Sammy are her three furry children. When she isn’t helping others in the world of insurance, she enjoys dancing, watching movies, being outdoors, shopping, and riding horses.
