Abilene boys and girls softball association will resume games Monday, May 16 by now a lot of y’all have heard of a situation that it happened last Tuesday evening and the most important thing that we want to do is make sure all of our kids in this league and brothers and sisters are safe. We are putting extra things in place to make this work. Just know that everything is being said is not accurate. 99.9 % of what is being posted on social media is false I can say yes a gun was fired nobody was hit or hurt. And we are still working with the detective. I can assure you if you want the truth reach out to a board member of this league not a reporter or a so-called reporter. We will be having meetings with the parents 15 to 20 minutes prior to each game starting next week to let everyone know what we are doing to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Thank you!!!

Make sure your kids have plenty of water and coaches make sure you are providing water in dug out for your team. This heat is bad so let's make sure everyone stays hydrated. Division one and two ARE playing games tonight.. See ya there.. stop by concession for waters, powerades, ice cream , and pickle shots. Don't want anyone passing out in heat.

This is the picture schedule for softball.
Monday the 18th, division Two at 5:45pm !
Tuesday the 19th, division Four at 5:45pm !
Thursday the 21st, division One at 5:30pm!
Friday the 22nd, division Three at 5:30pm!
Picture lady should be behind field B.
T-shirts should arrive on the day of your pictures.
There will be NO rescheduling!!!

There is still time to sign up for softball. We are in need of division four players. We need ages 15-18, boys and girls to come play softball. Go sign up at the fields either Thursday or Friday evening between 6pm-8pm. We have a few younger spots as well to fill. Come sign up and let's have a great season.

If you need to make a payment ($85per child) or show proof of child's birthdate please take it to the office this week and get it taken care of before the cost goes up($100per child) next week. Someone is in the office Tuesday, Thursday, Friday this week by 6pm to help you. Thank you.
