For individuals living with HIV, stable housing makes it easier to stay connected to medical care, take medications consistently, attend appointments, and focus on overall well-being. When housing is secure, health outcomes improve.

Every key represents more than access to a home. It represents stability, dignity, hope, and another step toward a healthier future.

Through our housing program, we’re helping ensure that people living with HIV have the support they need to thrive.
