I believe every person has a story worth hearing, and healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life's challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change.
I work with teens, adults, couples, families, and military members experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, moral injury, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress. My approach is person-centered and tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and faith-based counseling when desired.
I believe counseling is a collaborative process where clients are the experts on their own lives. Together, we work toward healing, resilience, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and lasting personal growth in a safe and authentic environment.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving in my faith community, and continuing to grow personally and professionally. I'm passionate about helping others realize they don't have to face life's challenges aloneβhope, healing, and growth are possible.
Fun Fact: Before becoming a counselor, I served as an EMT. That experience continues to shape the compassion and care I bring to my counseling practice today..
