I’m passionate about helping people work through the hard stuff, whether that’s depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or grief. I bring both clinical expertise and real, human understanding into the room, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgment, no filters, no pretending.
My approach is client-centered, which means this is your space and your pace. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a trauma-informed lens (I’m a Certified Trauma Professional), helping you understand your thoughts, challenge what’s not serving you, and take back control in a way that actually feels doable.
I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you get curious about yourself, tap into your intuition, and build the tools you need to handle life with more clarity, confidence, and resilience. Expect honesty, empathy, a little bit of humor when appropriate, and a therapist who will meet you where you are while still gently pushing you toward growth.
