The Love Shack Community Center sharing God's love by providing opportunities for people to love each as we are called to do.

The Love Shack is a little ol' place where we can get together to learn how to love ourselves and each other and to be loved by others. We are learning how community should truly be experienced through our Swap Shop, After-School Program, youth food programs, youth and adult education groups, and bible studies. If you are a human being, you are invited to join our "Love" family and become a part o

f our Love Shack community. Our goal is to unite all people breaking down financial, racial, and denominational barriers.

You can swap one for one. If you’re holding on to your closet a little longer, you can take up to 5 items per family member every two weeks. As always, we operate completely on swaps and donations!

At The Swap Shop, you can swap one for one . If you don’t have anything you’re willing to swap just yet, you can take up to 5 items per family member every two weeks! We operate solely on swapping and donations, so if you need a tax form, we’ve got that too!!

Banquets, ceremonies, weddings, graduations, swim wear, vacations, Memorial Day, new job, internships…we’ve got you covered (actually!)!!

Remember the Share the Love Community-Wide Hygiene Drive that Abernathy 4-H held in partnership with AISD?

We’re finally ready to share! TONIGHT (4/28) we will be open from 6:30-7:30 PM so you can come get 5 hygiene items per family! We’re excited about this opportunity and can’t wait to serve your families in this way!

The Swap Shop will be closed this coming week, as we will be doing some much-needed Spring cleaning!

If you or an organization you are part of are looking for some community service hours, we’d love to have the extra hands! Tasks would include bagging, loading, sorting, cleaning, and organizing! If this is in your wheelhouse or you feel called to serve this week, we’d love to have you join us!
