Event Hours 12pm – 4pm
Chili Tasting starts at 2pm and goes until the chili runs out!

Join us at the Brown County Fairgrounds for a fun-filled day of chili sampling for only $0.25 per sample! There will also be drinks available at the Centennial Village Saloon. See you there!

Proceeds benefit the Aberdeen Optimist Club, Aberdeen Knights of Columbus and Aberdeen American Legion.

COOK DETAILS
- 10x10 space provided in grassy area on east side of Centennial Village.
- Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies.
- No electricity available.

SCHEDULE

7:00am – 8:00am: Booth Set-up
7:30am – 8:30am: Check-in
9:15am: Cooks Meeting

COMPETITION ENTRY
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

All contestants must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC), which must contain beans.

TRADITIONAL RED

HOMESTYLE
Entry Fee: $35
