The Dispute Resolution Center of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties is seeking a Restorative Practices Coordinator to help grow and deliver restorative practices programming across Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
This is a bilingual (English and Spanish), community-facing role focused on youth, community, and culturally responsive restorative practices, including Community Learning Circles, Teens Talk, restorative dialogues, and partnership development.
What you’ll bring:
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Strong organization and follow-through
• A commitment to restorative, trauma-informed, and equity-centered approaches
• Reliable transportation for community-based work
Position details:
📍 Aberdeen, WA, with hybrid and community-based work
💰 $25.50 to $27.00/hour
🕐 Full-time, 40 hours/week
🌙 Regular evenings and occasional weekends
Experience with restorative practices, facilitation, youth programs, community outreach, conflict resolution, or nonprofit/community-based work is strongly preferred.
