Yes… we know it’s March 😄 but Ashley deserves the spotlight no matter the timing!

Ashley has been part of ICO since the very beginning, and her dedication continues to shape the work we do every day. As our Finance Director, she keeps everything on track while also stepping in wherever she’s needed (especially when it comes to tech!).

Outside the office, you’ll probably find her out on a run or trying a new food spot. We’re so thankful for all she brings to our team!

Every Friday morning, our team at ICO sets aside time to slow down, come together, and refocus.

It’s a space for fellowship, sharing about our weeks, lifting each other up in prayer, and simply being present with one another.

This past Friday, we reflected on Job 2:7–13 and what it means to sit with suffering. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer isn’t advice or answers, but our presence.

Grateful for a team that makes room for faith, connection, and compassion each week.

Tax season is here, and ICO’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is open and already helping members of our community file their taxes!

Our IRS-certified volunteers provide FREE tax preparation services to help individuals and families file accurately and keep more of what they earn.
