"It's really a blessing just to have a place, so very thankful for that technology."

Jocelyn Selle was just 2 weeks old when she needed life-saving measures. An RSV infection led to other health issues, including severe lung damage. Jocelyn was flown from Bismarck to Sanford Children's Hospital in Sioux Falls -- the only home for ECMO treatment in the Dakotas.

Jocelyn's parents share their care experience and how it helped her -- and them -- get back home as a family.

Before the pros teed it up at the Sanford International, young patients at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls had a special surprise waiting for them.

Children created handmade cards filled with encouraging messages, colorful drawings and good-luck wishes for tournament players. The cards were placed in player lockers, bringing smiles to golfers and giving kids a chance to be part of the excitement.

What looked like a bruise on Bodhi Rost’s back turned out to be something no parent ever expects: cancer.

For nearly 200 days, Bodhi lived at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo. His mom, Ashley, never left his side. His other mom, Heather, and big brother, Hudson, would come to the hospital every night so they could all have dinner together as a family.

Today, Bodhi is a healthy, energetic little boy. He’s back to running, laughing, and lighting up every room he enters.
