What a great turnout we had for our fourth annual youth hunt 23 kids total. 14 kids went into the woods last night hunting. Big shout out to all of our sponsors for helping us out with prizes, read our list of sponsors and if you go by their business tell them thanks for helping our next generation of hunters. Thanks to the guides for allowing us to take the kids hunting in a good spot. Thanks to the judges for helping us out and a big thank you to Mr. Frank Love and Mr. Wayne and Mrs. Joy for coming up to help us . All glory to God for keeping us safe as we traveled and keeping the bad weather away from us so were able to have our hunt. Congratulations to all of our winners, we had 2 senior cast and 2 junior cast. Overall senior cast winner was Tyler Bafford with orby with 450+ and Overall junior cast winner was Carter Brock McElrath with Rock with 225+. Tyler won a lifetime hunting license, competition vest,squaller, $125 gift certificate for being overall winner with highest score and Carter Brock won a new light, competition vest, squaller, $125 gift certificate for being second place winner of highest score. Congratulations to Maggie McElrath for best of show male and female junior division. Congratulations to Mathias Hoover for best of show male senior division. Congratulations Khloe Archer for best of show female senior division. Congratulations to Campbell Lewis for junior Sportsmanship winner and Khloe Archer for senior Sportsmanship winner. Congratulations to Maggie McElrath for winning the treeing competition. Congratulations Easton Potter for winning the squalling competition. Thanks again and if you have any pictures you want to share drop them in the comments, it was a great time and can't wait for next year's hunt.

Who’s wants a chance at an entry for 12 dog 300$ August 28th??

We are thinking about a series than could get you one!!

We have 5 open event hunts between now and then that could get you in

Cost 20$

Must attend at least one 105$ OE

Might draw on top 4 (still ironing out details)

Can be dog or handler which ever you wanna pay towards

Will be picked on most Open event hunts attended

And we will fall to high scores to determine a winner(s)

Abbeville County C**nhunters Assn had an awesome turnout this weekend. We would like to give a huge shout out to our sponsors who helped support our youth and made it possible. Thank you to everyone that came out and helped out, thank you to everyone that cooked and cleaned up. We were able to give away a lifetime hunting license yesterday to the overall highest scoring dog. Congratulations to Mathias Hoover with banks 300+. We were able to give away two lights, Weston Moorehead won the first light then lucked up and won the second one in a raffle. Thank you to Mr. Lee Currens for coming out to judge the bench show and helping give extra help and pointers to help them in the future. Overall it was a blessing to see this many kids getting out and enjoy this wonderful sport of c**n hunting. We had 12 kids that did the bench show, 13 kids that hunted in the hunt and 14 kids in the treeing contest. Thanks to our guides and judges we really appreciate y'all's time and opportunity to take kids hunting on y'all's property. Thank you again to all made this possible, can't wait for next year.

2nd south Carolina youth series hunt has come and gone. We had a great time yesterday. Kids every where lol. From c**n squalling contest, the food to the nite hunt. We couldn't have done it without the help of all that supported us . For that thank you .
