‎🌼 March is Endometriosis Awareness Month

‎Let’s Break the Silence. Let’s Support the Women Who Live With It.

‎At Pentium Health Care Clinic, we stand with the millions of girls and women who live with endometriosis—a condition that is often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and dismissed as “normal period pain.”

‎But period pain that stops you from living your life is NOT normal.

‎💛 What is Endometriosis?
‎Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the womb.
‎It can cause:
‎- Severe pelvic pain
‎- Heavy or irregular periods
‎- Pain during s*x
‎- Difficulty getting pregnant
‎- Chronic fatigue

‎Many women suffer in silence for years before getting help. This month, we choose to listen, educate, and support.

‎🌼 Pentium Health Care Clinic is committed to:
- Providing youth-friendly, stigma-free reproductive health services
‎- Offering accurate information and early guidance
‎- Supporting women and girls to seek care without fear or shame
‎- Creating safe spaces for conversations around menstrual health

‎💛 You Are Not Alone
‎If you or someone you know experiences such symptoms, please reach out to your nearest healthcare facility for support or

‎Early diagnosis and support can make a world of difference.

‎Let’s raise awareness.
‎Let’s support our sisters.
‎Let’s make endometriosis visible.

🌸 Grateful to The Pollination Project! 🌸

We are honored to have our project My Menstrual Health, My Right featured on The Pollination Project’s website. Their support has been instrumental in helping us advocate for menstrual health as a human right, breaking taboos, and empowering communities through education and access to menstrual products including Pentium Reusable Pads.

Together, we are creating a world where menstruation is no longer a barrier to dignity, opportunity, or equality.

The Pollination Project grant helped youth in Uganda provide reusable pads, menstrual health education, and empowerment for schoolgirls.

Preventing Obstetric Fistula: Every Woman's Right to Dignity

Obstetric fistula is a devastating childbirth injury that affects millions of women worldwide. It can lead to urine or f***l incontinence. It is a reminder of the disparities in maternal healthcare and the need for urgent action.

At Pentium Health Care, we are committed to educating the community about obstetric fistula:

Prevention
1. Access to quality maternal care: Ensure timely and skilled care during pregnancy and childbirth.
2. Family planning: Support women's reproductive choices to prevent unintended pregnancies.
3. Education and awareness: Empower women and communities with knowledge on obstetric fistula prevention.

Management
1. Timely repair: Provide access to surgical repair and rehabilitation services.
2. Holistic care: Offer physical, emotional, and social support to survivors.
3. Reintegration: Support women's reintegration into their communities.

Let's work together to:

Prevent obstetric fistula
Restore dignity to survivors
Ensure quality maternal care for all

Together, we can make a difference!"
