Today, our Executive Director joined partners and colleagues at the UNHCR Yumbe Sub-Office to bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Paul, the outgoing Head of Sub-Office, as he embarks on a new chapter elsewhere.

We thank him for his dedicated service, leadership, and commitment to supporting communities and partners. As we say goodbye, we also extend a warm welcome to the new Head of Sub-Office, Mr. Mahamadou Guindo, and look forward to continued collaboration and shared impact.

Farewell and welcome, a moment of appreciation, transition, and new beginnings! 🤝✨

🎭 Drama for Peaceful Coexistence

Meet this inspiring drama group supported by Afri-Youth Network to use drama and creative storytelling as a powerful tool for promoting peaceful coexistence, unity, tolerance, and understanding among refugee and host communities.

Through their performances, the young actors will raise awareness about the importance of living together peacefully, respecting diversity, resolving conflicts, and building stronger communities. 🤝🏾🌍

Together, we can use creativity to promote peace and strengthen social cohesion.
