CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF A NEW SONG INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT AND A WONDERFUL PARTNERSHIP....... WITH HAPPY TIMES.
Am not sure if I have the rightful words to thank God for this amazing journey that we have walked in faith with A New Song International. A journey that began with an adoption of a little Joy, who came in as a newborn abandoned. Little did we know that she was the angel that would save some many souls.
Travis and Laurie the great parents with a golden heart saw the pain that we faced at that time.
Many had adopted but Laurie and Travis were the ones that God had sent to walk with us the journey.
I wasn't sure what the future of HT and the children we took care of would be but just kept opening our gates to helping those that were in dare need.
But like the Bible says He is the Father to the fatherless indeed He knows and knew us more that we thought. Travis and Laurie were and are a Divine connection, who committed to join In and indeed God has used them mightly, all the Glory and Honor we give to Jesus, who is the author of our story.
Looking back at all that we have been through all I can say is that the God we serve is a BIG God. There were days when things were so hard, days so dark, hopeless, no food, no clean water, no salaries, no fees, no everything but we just survived day by day. The burden was so huge for anyone to accept to move with us, everything was so scaring and HT seemed like there wasn't a future. Oh God there is that pain that truly comes back as I write this but happy enough it's all behind a beautiful story now that has registered lots of success.
During the 10years of our journey together more that 1000 children have benefited directly through quality education, healthy, rescue and protection, food, economic empowerment, Spiritual growth, family, love and and so much.
Children that didn't have families found families, HIV positive children rescued, abandoned children found a home to call their own, some have completed school, when COVID 19 hit the world thousands were fed and 300 women and youth given startup capital to get back to do their work.
I want to thank A New Song International for considering us, for walking this amazing journey with us, for moving in the foot steps of Jesus being His hands and feet. You have done so much that I can't even detail. Through you in the 10yeard of support we have received over $ 1million. We have expanded, the infrastructure, the farmland, staff salaries, food, medical supplies, clothing, beddings, and so much. From the bottom of our hearts we want to say thank you and allow us celebrate your efforts and resilience all the years we know it hasn't been easy for you guys Special thanks to the Coombs family for your dedicated service and always setting aside your valuable time to serve HT always, Christy, Thomas, and Sarah thanks for Joining Laurie and Travis and accepting to serve on the ANSI Board we can never take this for granted.
Discovery fellowship family Pr Stewart, Annie, Ted, . Melissa, Jeremy and the entire DF family thanks for the support that we will always remember all our lives.
Thanks A New Song for growing with us, we have learnt so much in our journey and grown even stronger and more focused.
And to those special people who have supported A New Song to support us thanks Jon, Sarah, Life Church Reno, Sarah Grant's mom, Laurie's family, Vanie and Joe to mention but a few thanks for helping in all always.
We pray that God continues to use us all to change many more lives of orphans that need our support.
We pray that God sends angels to support us together, we pray for more support to lead to sustainability, we pray for good life and pray that these organizations live after us to continue doing God's work. Most importantly we thank God and pray that He opens many more doors for HT and ANew Song to continue the support. We pray for His Faith and wisdom. Thanks Jesus, because all we have achieved has been achieved in your name a s power.
