I am Ndhego Ivan Kilara from Jinja Uganda and at the age of 5 I became an orphan on the streets. Now I am a professional teacher of agriculture. I am here asking for your help providing several orphan children I now house with some nutritious foods. I do the best I can to care for them but the pay I get from a private school is not enough and I am not able to provide all their basic needs. I started caring for these children to give them a better environment and to protect them from hardships of street life. But after paying for their shelter I am only able to support them for food a few days in a month and when it is over they start wandering the dangerous streets due to hunger. They go searching in buckets for any left over food and then they eat it directly. Along with muddy water this also causes a lot of the children to be sick yet they can not help themselves. And sad but true even now garbage picking is small due to the pandemic. It hurts me as I don’t like to see them go through the hardships I went through. I am asking you friend for your small assistance with the basics of life for these children who do not have a family to support them. The girls are also requesting a new used dress each and some are in desperate need of pads. I have several dozen children who sleep here and are struggling to just survive. For that reason the children will all share any provided food you offer.

You can comment on your child’s photos and he will comment back to you. You have the right to see a current photo of your sponsored child before you sponsor them and at least one new picture of your sponsored child in their photo album for every month that you sponsor them.

I was born into a christian family alone with no sister and brother.
My father was a plumber and mother was a barber. My father was arrested in 2015 because he was one of the suspects in a murder case which occurred at the neighborhood. After our father was arrested I stayed with my mother who worked as a barber to support me. She also got married to another man shortly and the man she married rejected me to join his family which forced my mother to take me to my grandparents where my father is born. They are also very poor as their bread winner, their son, was in prison so they could not take me to school as it could be costly to them yet they could not afford

I had started moving family to family to get food to eat for a daily living in my hungry grandparents home. Ndhego Ivan kilara spotted my as he was always seeing me roaming around the village. He is always concerned about your girls roaming around the village so he asked me what I was doing. After our meeting he went and visited my grandma with me that day when he found me. My grandma told him to go with him immediately as they were unable to help me

I thank God for brother Ndhego ivan Kilara whow support me and I'm now in primary Four but the situation we are going through now days is tough as we have no food and it is time for going back to school. The ministry has no funds please friends out there we need your help and support and when when study I want to become a lawyer and promote justice in my country

God's mercy orphanage ministry is NOT a 501c(3) tax exempt organization, so direct donations to them are NOT tax deductible. You can claim a tax deduction by arranging to donate through your church as designated giving if your church is a 501c(3) tax exempt organization and they are agreeable to it.
