Greetings brothers and sisters meet Otim Joshua a lovely and handsome soul he is a 2 year old battling sickle cell disease. he faces immense pain and suffering due to lack of access to proper medical care and medication.

His family is struggling to make all possible ways, but since they are very poor, the cost of treatment is unaffordable to them that's where we need your help.

Greetings brothers and sisters this is our sweet Akello mercy who is bravely fighting leg cancer and needs our support. She urgently requires a life-saving operation to combat this aggressive disease.

Unfortunately, her family lacks the financial resources to cover the costly procedure and treatment. That's where we need your kindness and generosity!
