This Ramadan, let us come together to spread kindness, compassion, and hope. Eye To Heart Foundation Uganda is seeking support to provide Iftar meals to over 200 Muslim children at Halwa Junior School in Kinaawa–Kikajjo, Wakiso District.

For just $15, you can provide a full food pack that helps a child break their fast with dignity and joy. Every contribution, big or small, brings smiles, nourishment, and comfort to children who truly need it.

"MENTAL HEALTH & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING"

In many schools across Uganda, young people are quietly carrying emotional burdens that they do not know how to express. Some are dealing with stress, loneliness, academic pressure, pressure from home, or difficult personal experiences. Often, they do not know who to talk to or where to find support.

To respond to this need, Eye To Heart Foundation team visited schools in the western region to speak with students about "MENTAL HEALTH" and emotional wellbeing. The aim is to create a safe space where they could listen, learn, and share without fear of being judged.

During these discussions, students opened up in ways that showed how much they have been holding inside. We talked about how to handle difficult feelings, how to support a friend who is struggling, and how to ask for help when life becomes overwhelming. We reminded them that speaking out is not a sign of weakness, but a step toward strength and healing.

We also worked closely with teachers and school leadership, emphasizing that mental health is a key part of a student’s growth. When students feel supported emotionally, they are more confident, more focused, and more hopeful about their future.

This outreach is part of our continued commitment to stand with young people and remind them that they are seen, valued, and not alone. Every young person deserves to be heard. Every young person deserves a safe place to grow.

Mental Health:*

Mental health is the silent pillar of every young person’s growth. It shapes how they think, dream, and face challenges. Today, many youths and young people are silently battling stress, peer pressure, academic pressure, and uncertainty about the future. These struggles, if ignored, can lead to anxiety, depression, or loss of self-esteem.

It’s okay not to be okay and it’s even braver to talk about it. Sharing what you feel with a trusted friend, mentor, or counselor can bring healing. Taking time to rest, avoiding negative social media habits, exercising, and focusing on personal growth are small but powerful steps toward better mental health.

Remember, your mind is your greatest asset. Protect it, nurture it, and never be afraid to seek help. You are not alone in the journey toward wellness and purpose.

LET’S SAVE LITTLE KASAGA GERALD’S HEART.

Dear Potential Individual, Corporates, Non Governmental Organizations, Well wishers among others. On behalf of the Eye To Heart Foundation Team, i bring this to your attention seeking for urgent help.

In the quiet village of Namayiba, Lubugumu (Mukono District) lives Namusisi Justine, a single mother fighting for her 3-year-old son’s life.

Her son, Kasaga Gerald, was diagnosed with a serious heart condition which she discovered when he was just one year old. Ugandan doctors at the Uganda Heart Institute recommended for urgent surgery in India as his only chance to survive the misfortune.

The cost of treatment is UGX 36,000,000 (Thirty Six Million Shillings) ($10372), far beyond what his mother can afford.

As Eye To Heart Foundation Uganda, we are standing with Mother Justine and Gerald and we’re requesting you to stand with us to make it happen for little soul and crying mother.
