End of Term 2 Update

We are happy to share that our children have completed Term 2 and received their school reports. They were so excited to see their results and proudly share their reports with us.

In the video, you can hear them saying, “Thank you, African SKD!” Their gratitude is truly a reflection of the love and support they receive through everyone who stands behind our organization.

The children will now enjoy their holiday and return to school on 14th September.

We are so proud of them and grateful to everyone helping us give them the opportunity to learn and grow.

ASKD children’s home

We are so excited to announce a special opportunity for our girls! Starting this Saturday, a gifted decoration and design expert in our community is donating her time to teach the girls new skills in event decoration. Every Saturday, for two hours, we will take them to her studio, where they’ll learn practical design skills. Tomorrow is our first session, and we can’t wait to share this journey with you all! Stay tuned for photos and updates as they begin this exciting process.

A home for 35 children. A home where every child deserves to feel safe, loved, cared for, and given a chance to dream.

Look at that beautiful smile! This is the kind of happiness we want every child here to experience to grow up surrounded by love, friendship, and people who believe in their future.

Joshua is growing, learning, and making beautiful memories with his brothers and sisters at African SKD.
