Three incredible days of empowering girls and young women have come to an end, and what a journey it's been. So proud to see MEMPROW and NAYO come together to sustain women's leadership and champion healthier, more empowered futures for our adolescents.

To every girl and young lady who showed up, spoke up, and soaked it all in this week; this is just the beginning.

The future really does hold endless possibilities.

Had such a great time at the NAYO and MEMPROW session today, all about sustaining women's leadership among our young women and girls.

It was beautiful watching them lean in, take notes, ask questions, and really engage with what it means to lead. These are the moments that remind you why this work matters giving young women the room and the tools to believe in their own voice.

Grateful to be part of a future built on empowered, informed young women. This is just the beginning. 🙏🏾

Some days remind us that the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.

Today, NAYO Uganda, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Kiwenda, had the privilege of spending time with members of our community listening to their stories, sharing essential supplies and most importantly, reminding them that they are not alone.

It wasn't just about giving out mama kits. It was about sharing hope, building connections, and showing that when we come together, we can make a real difference in people's lives.

To Rotary Club of Kiwenda who volunteered, donated and supported this outreach, thank you for being part of something bigger than ourselves. Your kindness is creating lasting impact.

Every pad tells a story of hope.

Today, NAYO had the privilege of supporting the girls of Kulumba High School – Kawempe with reusable sanitary pads. More than a donation, this is an investment in their health, confidence, and education.

We envision a future where no girl misses class because of her period and every young woman has the opportunity to reach her full potential.
