Situated in Uganda Africa. She has been diagnosed with a heart complication and surgery is the only way to go. Precisely her surgery is pretty costly summing up to 12'919$ dollars which is 50,000,000 Ugx. Please help save this innocent soul. Last year we lost Arianna due to heart failure. It would be tragic for the same incident to happen again. God bless you all 🙏
