The Silver Godlive Foundation Limited (SG Foundation), is established as an independent private family corporation to operate as a non-profit making charitable organization.
It is legally registered with a certificate of incorporation issued on 31st January 2018 under the republic of Uganda, Companies Act .
The registered office of the foundation is situated in Soroti Municipality in the Eastern part of the Republic of Uganda.

The Mission: “social investments in transforming lives and building resilient families & communities by cultivating a culture of self-reliance for individuals, households, communities”

Transparency: implies openness, communication and accountability
Integrity: Honesty, transparency and accountability, being accountable for the effectiveness of our actions and open in our judgment and communications with others.
Mutual respect: recognizing the innate dignity and worth of all people and the value of diversity
Independence: as an organization, remaining independent of any religious, party-political, or other partisan affiliation.
Humility: recognizing that we are not the only actors but rather we are part of a bigger alliance of practitioners, requiring our presentation and behavior to be modest.
Do No Harm: Protection of vulnerable people- doing our work in the interests of the excluded and marginalized, ordinary citizens.
Primary objectives:
i. To operate family owned charitable programs, social well-being and economic development activities serving the individual & family needs, public interest & common good.
ii. To provide financial support to individuals, families and community groups, other organizations, institutions for economic, health, educational, social-cultural, religious, or other charitable purposes.
Target beneficiaries: the people who are eligible for benefits are family members, community groups, social clubs or professional associations with specific membership including: Teachers; small holder farmers, the youth both in and out of school, women groups, Children (in and out of school), people with disabilities, the Elderly
Sources of funding: The Foundation receives funds from multiple sources, which may include donations & grants from private or international foundations, businesses, tax refunds, revenue from fundraising, revenue from sale of goods and services or revenue from social enterprise investment, individuals, family endowments, development partners (donors), government etc.
