Teso Initiative for Peace TIP is a peace building establishment in the Teso and Teso-Karamoja sub regions. TIP was established and registered as an NGO on 21st September 2001.

Teso Initiative for Peace is a membership, non-profit making, non –government organization that was formed by religious and opinion leaders of Teso region following the insurgency that befell the place in the 1980s.After the war between the government and the UPA.
