Background,composition;
The common residents of Seeta ward in their community meetings decided on 15/02/2010 to form an organisation that shall meet the eighteen objectives as tabled in their constitution. The forty two registred citizens agreed to elect a six member committee to lead the association for a period of two years and also carrying out voluntary mobilisation so as to senstize the community on the roles of the association.A list of founder members is below
