We received another donation of dictionaries coming in from our friend Jim.
The goal of this project is having all the necessary resources for successful teaching and learning process in our reading room at Mustard Elementary School-Burama.
We hope to later transform this into a public library where students from the community can access resources for study and research.

We operate in a remote village with no electricity and no water. But with the help of Jim all is going to be history. We have enough rain water harvested when it rains (we are hoping for another water project), and today we installed solar for lighting and charging phones.

We received a donation of textbooks and storybooks sent to us from my friend Jim. He also donated funds to this project enabling us buy more textbooks and storybooks locally. This is for making sure our students and teachers at Mustard Seed Elementary School have the necessary resources for academic excellence.
It is one of our dreams having a public library one day where students from the community, at all levels of education can do research from.

I also added to our reading room a few reference books for high school students donated to us by my friend Andrew a few years back.

Some of our children at Mustard Seed Elementary School and some of their teachers had a one day study trip to Kasese (Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kazinga Channel, Lake Katwe salt lake, Mubuku irrigation scheme and the Uganda equator).

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to you all our supporters; donors, sponsors and well-wishers who contribute to the growth and development of our school project (The list of names is endless).

Your generosity is helping us build a brighter future for our children.

Capital projects are hard and expensive but day-to-day running of the school is the hardest part.
In a special way we appreciate our donors and sponsors who help by giving us monthly donations and sponsorship including Sam Tammy Pamela and Jim. Without them little or nothing would be possible.

Scovia and Innocent are some of our sponsored children. The two attend boarding school at Aunt Elvi Mikkola Primary School.
Scovia is the health prefect at school and one of the best english speakers.
When you sponsor a child with us you do not only change the child's life but also raise potential leaders and responsible citizens.

Meet the team of young men and women who do great to facilitate successful teaching and learning process at Mustard Seed Elementary School.
With your kind and generous support, we are able to pay their salaries, provide them with meals, and pay rent for some of them.
We however need more donor support for better pay to these teachers, and meet other costs of providing education to our children.
