HICDEF's integrated approach to development addresses the interconnected challenges faced by vulnerable communities. By scaling successful strategies, particularly for children, youth, and women, HICDEF ensures sustainability and accessibility, fostering resilient, self-reliant communities across Uganda. We currently partner with Kitchen Luca Ferrini, Table Charities Trust (KTCT), New Africa Fund (NAF), Isabel Baez Lechuga, Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment (FCDE), Finemind and Uplift, Utopia Foundation and the Rukungiri District Local Government to provide training and support to 253 families. In collaboration with the Ugandan government and the international community, our efforts align with national goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
