ARISE
ARISE is a registered NGO with its headquarters in Ntungamo Municipality. It was founded by Hon. Beatrice Rwakimari in 2001 having noted the disturbing high levels of poverty and poor health indicators and absence of viable CSOs and NGOs to spur development in the District. ARISE has been working with rural communities to promote better health and income generating activities to improve their standards of living.
VISION: Healthy, Productive and Vibrant Communities.
MISSION: To enhance capacities and capabilities of communiities to live quality life.
GOAL: To promote Health, Education, Income Generation, Human Rights and Good Governance, Agriculture and Natural Resource Management.
