Give age respect especially the gift of wisdom harvested from such bright expensive experience. İnteraction done witt my dear Dad adds to the knowledge and skills obtained from schools İ attended. A word to the wise especially from a 94 old enhances ones skills and attracts closer learning and mentorship. YBGI creates learning opportunities in preserving tradition and continuity descent family norms.
Great are the senior and respected elders always willing to extend preferred skills and knowledge to the young generation.

Keeping the environment clean paints the ground/grass green and the forest/trees very beautiful. YBGI holiday and weekend mentorship program sessions provides environmental conservation kills and love for nature skills to youth and women which are transfered into homesteads of our participants. Utilizing the available resources in this case any portion not used for crops is earmarked for planting trees either fruit, shed and any species of trees that can be for household income in future.
Learning and practically engaging our participants makes it fun and attractive plus changing young generation to planting trees and giving them care like any other seasonal crops. Here, we concentrate at mindset skill provision.

Community led, owned and sustained interventions create lasting impact in society and at household levels. YBGI is geared towards empowering vulnerable youth and women to directly create sustainable community enterprises using resources within their reach plus practical skills and mentorship programs. Community appreciation of sustainable model makes it possible to realize values for money and lasting impact plus continuity of goals of the projects for a long period.

Our youth do engagements in household small scale farm work during holidays and weekends to learn and reduce the cost of labour. while engaging, they learn records keeping of procured feeds, age of animals, quantity and quality of feeds and treatment plus vaccinations. One of the animals that produced 12 piglet on 26/3/2026. The learning is extended practically at household level by our participants especially, the youth. Great to receive interested partners to support our transforming initiatives. Thanks for being part of YBGI.

Skilling in Agri-bunesses and mentorship is our entry point for our participants both youths and adults. Practical farming and mentorship session run at the VSLA gathering on different Agri business and other selected social enterprise.
