It’s a season for break from school for majority of our primary and high school learners. All our sponsored kids have successfully completed their exams and performed wonderfully well. As they break off for their second term holiday this week, our hearts are full of gratitude to God, to all the dedicated teachers, and to every sponsor and partner who makes this possible.

Every good grade represents a dream kept alive, a destiny being shaped, and a brighter future in the making.

Under our Leadership Development Program this week, we had an empowering session with our learners in the Elevate360 Program, exploring the theme: “My Rights, I Have a Voice.” 🎤

We believe every child; regardless of background; deserves to know their rights and have the confidence to speak up, be heard, and participate in shaping their future.

Through interactive discussions, role plays, and group reflections, the learners explored their right to education, protection, participation, and dignity. It was beautiful to witness young voices rise with clarity, courage, and conviction.

“The Power of Brainstorming in Small Groups.”

There’s something truly special about watching young minds come together to share, discuss, and create.

Our teams usually deploy different learning menthols as we engage with the young people we interact with and this week was no different either. Through the Elevate360 project this; as we engaged the learners, we put them in small groups to share ideas, and come up with tangible solutions using brainstorming; a simple yet powerful approach that does more than just spark ideas.

Working together in small groups:
- Stimulates creativity
- Fosters connection
- Builds critical thinking
- Encourages collaborative learning
- Strengthens team spirit

When we empower learners to express themselves and listen to others, we’re not just teaching content; we’re shaping confident communicators and future problem-solvers.
