Thank you again to those who gave toward our annual Christmas meal outreach! This year we provided 50 families around Mbuya/Banda slums with food and soap packages.

God bless you, our donors, and our dedicated volunteers who selflessly give their time on Christmas every year, sometimes in the rain and sometimes in the extreme heat! Our giving is not a success without YOU!

Thank you to each and every person who gave toward our annual Christmas meal outreach! Your generosity has blessed others, bringing them genuine smiles and restoring their hope.

We have raised enough money to sponsor 28 families with food packages, but our goal is 130!

Every year, rain or shine, a small team of dedicated volunteers sets out on the evening of Christmas Eve, and often Christmas morning, to deliver beautiful Christmas meal packages. These packages contain fresh beef, potatoes, rice, cooking oil, salt and a liter of soda. A package may go to a single elderly person or it might go to feed a family of 6 or 10! This year we also wish to give 10 bars of washing soap to each family!

$15 helps cover a family for Christmas!

Hear from Aisha, one of our skilling students at the Lift One center! Aisha told us, "Everyday I can have an order. I am better now than when I first came. My neighbors they see me making them and say you make for me. All the shoes I make here, I sell them. I have increased on my income."

The kids are already excited to use the monkey bars! We are getting ready to install a few things to start a small playground at the center- custom monkey bars and another climbing bar set! We'd love to add a swing and see saw as well.
