True Life Orphanage & Outreach is an NGO registered in Uganda.

Today we celebrate the life of Mummy Jodi, a woman whose heart was big enough to carry all of us. Her birthday is today, and though she now celebrates it in heaven, her love still lives here with us.

Ever since Mummy Jodi passed on, life at True Life Orphanage and Outreach has never been the same. She was the founder, the backbone, and the one who played almost every role from mother, teacher, counselor, cook, to provider. She gave her whole life to these children.

Without her, things have become difficult.
The kids no longer have steady school fees for grownkids, monthly food supporting meals, monthly rent for the orphanage center and good medical care and monthly worker's payments and basic necessities like she always ensured. Her absence is felt every single day.

As we remember her today, we kindly ask you to stand with us in her honor. Your support can help continue the work she started and keep her legacy alive in the lives of these children she loved so deeply.

We greet you with love and gratitude. Today, we come to you with heavy hearts and a sincere appeal.

Since the monthly support from our founder and main donors stopped, life at the orphanage and in our outreach community has become extremely difficult. As a donation-based organization, we depend entirely on the kindness and generosity of people like you to provide food, medicine, shelter, and hope.

At this moment, we are completely out of food and essential medication. Our landlord is also requesting rent, and we currently have no funds available to meet these basic needs. To be honest, we are not receiving any support from other individuals right now.

But we still believe in miracles and in the power of unity. If we stand together, we can continue to care for these precious children and bring glory to the Kingdom of the Lord.

Sharing the Joy of Easter with the Little Ones

This Easter, we were blessed to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with the beautiful children under our care. It was a day filled with joy, hope, and reflection on God's endless love. We shared food, sang songs, told the story of Jesus’ resurrection, and reminded each child how deeply loved they are—not just by us, but by our Heavenly Father.

Bible Verse:
“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” – Matthew 28:6

This verse reminds us that Jesus conquered death so we could have life and hope. What a powerful message for these young hearts—to know that no matter what struggles they face, God has already given them victory through Jesus.

Teaching:
We taught the children that Easter is not just about eggs and celebration, but about a Savior who gave His life for us and rose again, showing us that love is stronger than death and that hope always wins. Every child deserves to grow up with that hope in their heart.

Let us continue to share God's love with these little ones—not only in word but in action. May their lives be filled with light, purpose, and the joy of the risen Lord

School Resumes on the 2nd February 2025
At True Life Orphanage and Outreach we are looking forward to re-opening our school for the 1st term of this academic year on Monday 3rd 2025 for the Orphanage and community at large. Help us produce and create a good conducive learning environment for the kids this term and whole school year through your support and donations for the school requirements as you have always done. Our requirements include school bags, reams of papers, books,pens,pencils, Rulers, rubber,toilet paper, brooms, chalk,coloured pencils etc.

Honestly, life is so strange without you can’t even put into words how much I’m missing you. Wishing you a happy birthday in heaven.
While you may not be here to celebrate your birthday with us, you’re still in all of our thoughts.
