“A smile is a curve that sets everything straight but for many, that smile is hidden behind the weight of survival. At Springs of Smiles Ministry, we believe that caring isn’t just a feeling; it’s a verb. It’s showing up when the world feels quiet. It’s being the reason someone realizes they haven’t been forgotten.

Your support turns a trickle of hope into a spring of joy. Will you help us keep the smiles flowing today? 🕊️✨

In a quiet corner of Kiryokya, Mityana districts, where children run freely and laughter fills the air, there is a little boy who can only watch from a distance. His name is Keziron, and at just 10 years old, his life is already a battle most of us could never endure.

Born with Cerebral Palsy, Keziron lives in a body that does not respond to his wishes. His muscles tighten painfully, his movements are limited, and he cannot speak—not even to say how mych the pain he goes through. Yet, behind this silence, his eyes tell a story that words never could. They carry pain, longing, and a quiet hope that someone, somewhere, will see him and care.

Keziron is an orphan. He has never known the comfort of a mother’s embrace or the protection of a father’s love. Instead, his days are marked by hospital visits, medication, and long, restless nights where pain keeps him awake. Every day is a fight—to eat, to breathe, to simply stay alive. Without constant care, his life hangs by a fragile thread.

And yet, even in the midst of such hardship, Keziron has not given up.

At Springs of Smiles Ministry, he found something he had been missing all along—a family. Here, he is cared for, fed, and comforted. Someone sits beside him when the pain becomes too much. Someone holds his hand, reminding him that he is not alone. In these quiet moments, something remarkable happens. A small, fragile smile slowly appears on his face—a smile so gentle, yet so powerful it can break your heart. It is a smile that says, “I am still here… please don’t give up on me.”

But Keziron’s fight is far from over. He depends on daily medication to control seizures, weekly hospital visits, proper nutrition, and constant care just to survive. Without this support, his story could end far too soon—and Springs of Smiles Ministry cannot do it alone.

Keziron cannot walk freely to us, so we must walk to him. Your support can provide a goid wheelchair to aid his movement, the medicine that keeps him alive, the care that eases his pain, and the hope that gives him a reason to keep fighting.

PLEASE, DO NOT LET HIS STORY END IN SILENCE . BE THE REASON KEZIRON’S LIGHT CONTINUES TO SHINE💙.

💙 One Act of Kindness Can Change a Lifetime
They say it takes a village to raise a child, but for millions of children around the world, that village is missing its most important pillars.

An orphan doesn’t just lose their parents; they often lose their sense of security, their access to education, and the simple, daily reassurance that they are loved. But hope is a resilient thing—and we have the power to fuel it.

Why Your Support Matters:

Love is a Basic Need: Beyond food and shelter, every child deserves to know they aren't forgotten.

Kindness is a Catalyst: Your donation isn’t just "money"—it’s a school book, a warm meal, a doctor’s visit, and a brighter future.

Hope is a Choice: We can choose to look away, or we can choose to be the reason a child smiles today.

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world."

Dear brethren can we show love to the orphaned in the same way God showed his love to you?

There are many orphaned children here at our orphanage due to the death of parents, neglect or victims of parental abuse. We take care of them by providing housing, food, medical care, clothing. We want to build a vocational school to teach them skills to support themselves. The situation is extremely difficult due to lack of adequate resources. We have a difficulty for accommodation and feeding them.
Your support will be an open door for them to survive.

URGENT 🚨 CRY FOR HELP

Dear brothers and sisters around the world,
I speak to you today with deep pain in my heart, yet with hope that humanity still listens when others cry.
At our orphanage and in my community at large, access to clean water is not a privilege we have ever known. The only water source available to us is a single unsafe well, shared by the orphans, village people and by animals, including wild animals. This water is used for drinking, cooking, and daily life, even though it is contaminated and dangerous.
As a result, our orphaned children and families live under constant threat of diseases. Children suffer from diarrhea, cholera and typhoid. The elderly grow weaker with every illness. What should give life instead brings sickness and sorrow.
The suffering does not end there. This well is located more than two kilometers away from our orphanage and yet it’s too populated with people every time.
Every single day, I and the orphaned children together with village women and their children walk this long distance under harsh conditions, carrying heavy containers like jerrycans and buckets, only to return with water that may harm them since many are even sick, yet they have no other choice.

It is devastating to watch a child drink water while knowing it may cause illness. It is painful to live each day praying that sickness will not visit our homes again.
I am not asking for comfort or luxury, but I am asking for survival-safe water such as a large water tank or a borehole that can protect lives, restore health, and give our children a future free from preventable disease and water full of life!

Please comment any word to help our story reach more people.
Please share this video so others may hear our cry.
And please place a red heart ❤️ on this video.

Your kindness, your engagement, and your support can help turn our suffering into hope.
From my heart to yours, thank you for watching this video, hearing our willows , and for standing with us in this moment of need.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE TOWARDS THIS URGENT 🚨 MATTER.
