🚲 Help Lawrence Reach School with Hope, Not Exhaustion
Education is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child. It opens doors to opportunity, restores hope, and empowers young people to build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Lawrence is a bright and determined student who was admitted to high school last term. Every school day, he walks 7 kilometres to school and another 7 kilometres back home—a total of 14 kilometres each day. He leaves home before sunrise when it is still dark and returns home late in the evening, often physically exhausted.
This long journey takes a toll on his body, affects his concentration in class, leaves little time for homework and rest, and exposes him to unnecessary risks on the road. Yet despite these challenges, Lawrence continues to pursue his education with courage and determination.
A bicycle would transform his daily life. It would help him arrive at school safely and on time, conserve his energy for learning, and give him more time to study, rest, and simply enjoy being a child.
At Love People Foundation, we believe that no child should have to struggle just to access an education. With your support, we can remove barriers and give children like Lawrence a fair opportunity to succeed.
