Dear compassionate friends
We place before you our desperate appeal of shortage of water at the shelter due to 5 months of non stop sunshine which has resulted into drought.
At Alu we have been using rain water which is not reliable at the moment.
It is so costly to buy water on a daily basis
We are calling for your support to help us have a a borehole drilled at our shelter to ensure that the animals have access to clean and reliable water. We don't want to sound desperate at the moment but honestly we're desperately looking for funds to cover Bamunanika's veterinary bills which is 300 pounds. The leg was amputated last night. If we exceed Tuesday without having cleared the bill ... boarding charges will increase as well.
