Education is the voice we give to the voiceless. 💛

Tonight, a little girl in Kateera is holding a pencil worn down to a stub, dreaming of a future the world hasn't yet shown her.

Education is the one gift that can never be stolen. It breaks the chains hunger and poverty forged. It turns a child no one hears into someone everyone will one day listen to.

But right now, 100 of our children may be left outside the exam room next month, because of $50 each.

Think about that for a moment. One dinner out could decide whether a child sits down to write her future, or watches it from the doorway. 🥺

Education is the voice we give to the voiceless.

Tonight, a child in Kateera is holding a pencil worn down to a stub, dreaming in a language the world hasn't yet taught her to speak. She doesn't ask for much. She doesn't know how to ask at all.

But she knows this: when she sits at that desk, she is no longer invisible. When she learns to read, her future stops being a locked door and becomes a road.

Education is the one gift that can never be stolen, never spent, never taken away. It feeds a mind for a lifetime. It breaks chains that hunger and poverty forged. It turns a child no one hears into a woman or man whom everyone will one day listen to.

And right now, 100 of our children are standing outside the exam room with their classmates, because of $50 each. The price of one dinner out can decide whether a child sits down to write her future, or watches it from the doorway.

We are still digging, and hope is still rising. 💧

Day by day, we are going deeper. The earth has grown hard and rocky, so we've brought in machinery to break through the stone, because we believe that beneath it, water is waiting.

This well is more than a project. It is life for our 100 children, and it is the answer for an entire village that has gone too long drinking dirty water.

We are just $2,500 away from finishing what we started.

New week, new hope. 🌅

In Wabisero, the whole village wakes up and walks to dirty water. Every child, every mother, every family, with no clean water within reach. But we are so close to changing that, with a solar-powered well that will give them clean water for the rest of their lives.

We're digging, praying, and holding on in the first phase, and we are only $2,500 away from our goal.
